The Lord instructed Joshua “This book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it…”  (Jos 1:8)

bible1.jpgA bible study is the study of God's word in both the Old and the
New Testaments.  On one hand a bible study is  the detailed examination of a scripture to learn the meaning of the WORD.  A bible study also refers to meditation on the scriptures.  The intent is to ponder and contemplate the meaning of the God's word so as to understand it, commit it to our heart, and incorporate it into our human lives.
