We desire St. Paul’s to be a beacon of Christ’s loving-kindness and mercy, welcoming all God’s children and guiding them to the joy of the Gospel.

Church of the Resurrection is hosting an ACTS Retreat for Women from both St. Paul Parish and Church of the Resurrection. Information about this retreat, which takes place February 28th through March 3rd can be found under our quick links.

Communication from Father Warren, January 19th:

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

It appears that this weekend's threathened winter mix will in fact be rain. Temperatures through the end of tomorrow's 11:30 a.m. Mass are predicted to stay moderate. So we will follow our regular weekend Mass schedule.

Tomorrow afternoon, however, temperatures are likely to plummet, which means that what had been wet roads will become icy roads. For that reason, I have decided to cancel all activities on our campus from 3:00 p.m. onwards, including (with our new RE director's concurrence) the Sunday afternoon regilious education session.

Our office is closed on Monday for the holiday; whether Mass will be celebrated as scheduled at 9:00 a.m. depends on whether roads are safely passable. As to the rest of the week: remember that we follow Howard County Government, not Howard County Schools.

Once again, let me urge you to be prudent and cautious. Only you can judge if you can safely navigate the roads in your neighborhood, and between there and St. Paul's.

Your priest and pastor,

(Fr.) Warren Tanghe

The mission of St. Paul’s parish is to fulfill in the presence and power of Jesus the commission He gave to His whole Church in this part of Ellicott City: to make disciples of all, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that He has commanded us. (Matthew 28.19-20)
