Adults Growing in Faith Together

We are very fortunate to have many opportunities for our adults to grow in faith at St. Paul's and at The Church of the Resurrection.   Our joint programs are held on both campuses.  Some of our ongoing and upcoming programs and activities are listed below.

Walking with Purpose Bible Study for Women: This Bible Study is currently full

Welcome to Opening Your Heart: The Starting Point. This 22-lesson Bible study will take you on an exciting journey closer to the heart of God! Opening Your Heart is an incredibly effective guide to deep, lasting transformation of the heart.  Join us as we explore the core questions that we need to wrestle with if we want to experience all that God has for us.
·      How can I conquer my fears?
·      What is the role of the Holy Spirit in my life?
·      What does the Eucharist have to do with my friendship with Christ?
·      What are the limits of Christ’s forgiveness?
·      Why and how should I pray?
·      What is the role of suffering in my life?
·      What challenges will I face in my efforts to follow Jesus more closely?

 We are offering the Walking With Purpose bible study at both Church of the Resurrection and St. Paul. Choose the time and location that best fits your year!

ACTS (Catholic Scripture Study Int'l): 1st and 3rd Friday's 7:30-8:45 a.m. Begins September 20th at Church of the Resurrection-Conference Room. Fr. Winslow leads this study which is a journey into the hearts and minds of the early Christians. Bishop Barron's Catholicism: The Pivotal Players vol 2: Beginning with Saints Augustine and Benedict: This study focuses on two incredible saints from the fourth and fifth centuries, St. Augustine of Hippo and St. Benedict of Nursia. Roman's (Catholic Scripture Study Int'l): This epistle is so packed with theological wisdom that it influenced Christian theology more than anything else.Meets on the 2nd $& 4th Monday's, begins Monday, September 23rd from 7:30-9:00 Church of the Resurrection-Conference room. Gospel of Mark: Catholic Scripture Study Int'l): This study is a verse by verse guide through the Gospel of Mark and is a deep dive into this most foundational book of the Bible through the eyes of the authoritative teaching of Peter, composed by his follower Mark.  Wednesday's from 7:40-8:50 a.m. at Church of the Resurrection-Conference Room.
