The Facilities Committee provides advice and technical guidance to the St. Paul Parish pastor, the Corporators, Business Manager and the Parish Council for the care and maintenance of the St. Paul campus and buildings. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00PM in the parish office. Members generally have a background in or knowledge of the building trades. However; anyone with a generous dose of common sense and/or good capacity for thinking out side the box is welcome.

Open Arms is a group of family memebers, allies and members of the LBGTQ+ community. Working with the Archdiocese of Baltimore and the pastorate (St. Paul and Church of the Resurrection) clergy , confirming and respecting the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.

The pastoral council supports St. Paul's mission, vision and values by advising and assisting the pastor concerning the overall function of the parish. Council is a channel of communication for questions, insights, views and plans for the parish among parishioners, the pastoral council and our pastor. Meets monthly in the evening (Sept. – June) and members also serve on various subcommittees as well as making announcements at weekend Masses. This is an adult ministry and not ideal for those with limited time. Council members must apply for open seats on the council and be elected by the parishioners for a three-year term.

The Pastoral Visitor Ministry has two volunteer opportunities, pastoral visits to assisted living communities and pastoral visits to the homebound, bringing Holy Communion to parishioners unable to attend Mass. This is an adult ministry which welcomes parishioners with physical limitations. Volunteers are selected based on their interaction skills with the elderly and their ability to meet the requirements of Eucharistic Ministers. The flexibility of a visitation schedule makes this ministry ideal for those with limited time.

The Pro-life Committee is an outreach ministry based in prayer and life-affirming events that seeks to spread the Gospel of Life. Goals are to provide information about the life issues of abortion, euthanasia, embryonic stem cell research, and capital punishment; as well as to provide support for vulnerable individuals such as women in crisis pregnancies and the elderly and disabled. There are no regular meetings. Volunteers participate in activities as they are held and can participate in some activities completely on their own schedules. Children and families are welcome to volunteer together. Events are accessible to those with physical limitations.

A sponsor couple mentors and works with the engaged couple wishing to enter into the Sacrament of Matrimony, helping to prepare them on this journey to understand elements of a sacramentally married life. Couples meet four times before the wedding.

A soical group for parents and caregivers of children ages infant to 11 through prayer and play in the Nursery at St. Paul once a month, usually Tuesday morning from 9:45-11:00. Once a month there also a Mom's night out, usually to a local restaurant from 7:00-8:30PM, event details are posted in the bulletin.

Promotes Chritsian charity and fellowship among women of the pastorate. Assist in various activities at St. Paul. Major fundraisers are bus trips and the annual lottery raffles chances which fund various needs requested by the Pastor and/or parish manager.
